A little help with your narrator, account, and subscription.

Install and start listening

The Chrome Web Store install link will appear here when the release is available.

1. Open a captioned video in desktop Chrome and turn on captions.
2. Open Renarrator from Chrome’s toolbar. Choose a voice and a comfortable speaking pace.
3. For a local AI voice, allow the first model download to finish. Sign in with a six-digit email code to start your 30-minute trial.
4. Start narration. Stop Renarrator to restore the original audio.

Computer voices stay free and do not require a Renarrator account. Some computer voices use an online service supplied by your browser or operating system.

Activate your subscription

1. Find the license key in your Lemon Squeezy receipt or your orders.
2. Open Renarrator and expand Already subscribed? Enter your license key.
3. Paste the key and select Activate.

One subscription supports up to three activated devices. To move it, choose Remove this device on an old installation first. If you have lost access to that installation, contact support with your order number. Please do not email your full license key.

Cancel or manage billing

Open Lemon Squeezy’s customer portal using the email from your purchase, or use the manage-subscription link in your receipt. Cancel there before the next renewal to stop future charges. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

Uninstalling the extension or removing a device activation does not cancel billing. For a refund of your first payment, see our seven-day refund policy.

Your trial and email code

Use the same email after reinstalling to resume the remaining trial. Sign-in codes expire after ten minutes. Check spam, confirm the address, and request a fresh code if needed. The trial needs an internet connection.

The balance measures played AI narration. Normal stops return unused reserved time. An abrupt disconnect can consume up to 30 seconds reserved ahead of playback. Your own provider-key voices also use trial time until a subscription is active.

If narration is not working

• Check the video’s captions and try another captioned video. Site restrictions can prevent access.
• Let local models finish downloading and keep enough free disk space. The first use takes longer.
• Use a computer voice to check basic playback, then try your AI voice again.
• Cloud voices need your own valid provider API key, available quota, and billing enabled with that provider. A chat subscription alone does not provide API credit.

Contact support

Email support@renarrator.com with the site you are watching, your Chrome version, and the error message. For billing, include your order number and purchase email. Do not send payment-card details, sign-in codes, provider API keys, or full license keys.
